Kaboodle is a UK research community run by QRS Market Research. Members share their opinions through surveys and studies, helping brands and organisations make smarter decisions and get rewarded for their time.
How Do I Sign Up?
Simply register through our online form. Once approved, you’ll start receiving invitations to take part in relevant studies.
Why Do You Ask For Personal Details?
We only ask for information that helps match you with the right projects. It’s stored securely and never shared without your consent.
Taking Part
What Types of Research Can I Join?
Opportunities range from online interviews and group discussions to product testing and mystery shopping. You’ll only ever be invited to studies relevant to your profile.
What If I Have Technical Issues During a Survey?
Please email kaboodle-mr@qrs-research.co.uk with a screenshot or error message and we’ll help resolve it promptly.
How Often Will I Be Contacted?
Frequency varies based on available projects. You’ll also receive an annual reminder to review or update your details.
Rewards and Payments
How Do I Get Paid?
Most payments are made via bank transfer, Amazon voucher, or high-street gift card. The reward type is always confirmed before you take part.
Why Do I Need to Re-enter Bank Details Each Time?
For security, we don’t store payment information longer than necessary. You’ll be asked to confirm your details each time you claim.
Can I Donate My Reward?
Absolutely. You can choose to have your payment donated to a registered charity instead.
Privacy and Security
Is My Information Safe?
Yes. Kaboodle and QRS operate under GDPR, ISO 20252, and ISO 27001. We never sell or share your data, and all surveys comply with the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct.
How Long Do You Keep My Data?
If you’re inactive or don’t respond to our annual maintenance checks, your information will be securely deleted after 24 months.
How Can I Delete My Account?
Log in and select “Update Profile,” then choose “Remove me from the panel.” Your details will be permanently deleted within 14 days.
